Clever, imaginative, thoughtful, pretty:

A visit with my sister Nicole Tadgell in Massachusetts was the perfect opportunity to check out The Wrentham Country Store, voted one of the best Antique Malls by Flea Market Style's Readers in the Fall/Winter 2011 issue! The large space is pleasantly decorated by each booth owner--this is no 'rust and dust' shop.
The outdoor area in front of the building is full of industrial vintage and rustic wares (antique chicken feeding troughs, zinc buckets), and an adjacent barn stores architectural salvage. Primitive and Colonial styles are represented (it is New England after all). Prices are fair and reasonable.
Sandi is gracious enough to sell a mirror I no longer want -- contact her if interested.

Thanks for sharing your beautiful photos Sandy. Wishing you all the best in the coming year.
That looks terrific, and not too far from where I live during the week. Hope you can stop by my store one day if you ever pass through Margaretville.

Hi, Sandy; I wanted to thank you for your beautiful blog. In the past year or so, I was brand-new to blogging (I know, I've been living in a deep, deep cave!) and yours was the first that caught my eye due to your magical streamside studio. From there, thanks to you, I also discovered My Romantic Home. I think you are especially talented and a wonderful designer. I am grateful for the fanciful feasts that greet my eyes when I come here. It's a wonderful respite from a weary day. Congratulations on the accomplishments this past year as you further your career in writing and design (while still holding down a day job!). I look forward to a new year of lovely words, graphics and photos here on your site...and, of course, anytime you write about your property and the locales where you live, it's a treat for us who live far, far away from the Northeast. Happy New Year to you and I hope amazing things await you in 2012! From Vicki in Calif.
Looks like an awesome fun place to go shop and snoop around. And, my goodness, you are so so pretty!
Cindy
Happy New Year Sandy! I've had the pleasure of visiting this store last April for their White Event and you described it perfectly. These ladies have talent and it is a gorgeous store!
Thank you for all your inspiration and cheers to wonderful adventures for you in 2012!

I just came across your blog!
I would live in that country store. :)
Or, I would place a do not disturb sign on the outside of your studio, make myself a cup of tea & dream.
Rosemary...
Sandy, this Christmas season has whirled on by, hasn't it?
I wanted to stop in and say how gorgeous your mirror is. If only.
Love and Peace be with you, Rhonda
Wish I could fly out there and visit that lovely place - so beautiful! And you gals are just gorgeous!!! Happy New Year to you, Sandy!!!
XOXO's,
Jessie
